In preparation for an instructor-led course, I researched strategies that support resilience.
This project brings together my research and extends it with questions and activities to help to embed knowledge and apply strategies.
I created worksheets using Adobe Illustrator, which are included in the course as images and downloadable PDF files. I also used Drawify to create an image with an overview of topics related to resilience (seen in the screenshot above).
I used Audacity to record and edit a short audio file with an example of a body-scan meditation, which is embedded into the course.
This was my first major project developed in Rise, so I used it as an opportunity to try out all the different types of blocks and interactions.
